Some more great feedback after completion of another successful First Level Leadership programme with NaturalMotionHi Nick, just wanted to say thanks so much for the last session, I'm usually not very emotional, but I nearly got teary then knowing that we won't be having any more meetings!

 

It's been so incredibly positive to have sat through these sessions in the last 6 months. I've come away with a lot, and it's also great that I've been able to pass on my learnings, via anecdotes about our role-plays etc, to others who are new to lead positions. Thanks again … I really think a lot of people could benefit from your teaching, so the more people you can reach, the better.

 

 

 

 

 

Forty2 embarks on an exciting new relationship with Informa-Tech.

 

In collaboration with Informa-Tech, Forty2 has developed, and is delivering virtually, a Solution Selling programme to two of the company’s sales divisions.

 

The 6-month programme is designed to enhance the participants’ ability to utilise a consultative sales approach (from Lead Generation through to Closing) and to strengthen client relationships.

 

The initiative brings together salespeople from EMEA and the United States in a fun, interactive, stretching and challenging learning environment providing the opportunity to fine-tune consultative sales skills and share best practice.

 

Evoke Galliard’s coaching programme takes a summer recess

 

Almost 12 months’ ago Forty2 was proud to be asked by Ashfield Galliard (now Evoke Galliard) to be part of a pioneering project to offer external coaching support to all its employees. Over the next 10 months Forty2 delivered (virtually and face-to-face) over 240 sessions to 51 participants ranging from Junior Account Executives to Senior Directors. The agenda for the sessions was set by the individual, with no influence from the company, and provided a safe environment to contemplate, discuss, plan and act on a range of personal and business-related topics, including: 

  • Mental health and well being
  • Personal and Career Development
  • Individual and team performance
  • Enhancing relationships with clients and colleagues

The journey for all was fun, challenging, stimulating and, at times, emotional!

 

Forty2 and Ashfield MedComms: Empowering People to Thrive in a Time of Change

 

The past 2 years has seen unprecedented levels of change emphasising the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world we all live in. In recognition of the perfect storm created by the changes in technology, societal values and institutional working environments, Ashfield Medcomms approached Forty2 to develop a programme designed to help their leaders navigate these challenging times. As a result, over 100 leaders attended a programme comprising four virtually delivered modules, covering: planning for change, leading in an ever-changing world, communicating change and embracing and driving change.
