2025 was a year in which many organisations were forced to confront uncomfortable truths: growth was harder to sustain, traditional roles were
being reshaped, and capability gaps were becoming commercial risks. For Forty Two, it was a year spent working alongside clients at precisely those moments.
Much of our work focused on helping organisations move beyond transactional thinking. Sales
teams shifted from “pitch and close” to consultative, value-led conversations that improved pipeline quality and forecasting confidence.
Customer Success functions stepped into a more commercial role, contributing directly to
revenue growth while strengthening retention and renewal outcomes.
Additionally, change was not only commercial. AI-driven disruption, mergers and evolving
operating models required leaders and teams to rethink how they worked, led and engaged others. We supported organisations through this uncertainty - helping people reframe change as opportunity,
maintain performance under pressure, and build confidence in unfamiliar territory.
Running through all our work was a focus on sustainability: developing future-ready talent,
clear career pathways and behaviours that endure beyond the programme itself.
